Return Policy

At Woodson Lumber we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand this may not always be the case. You may return unopened new merchandise sold by Woodson Lumber to any Woodson Lumber location within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in a resalable condition and include all of their components.

*All credits are subject to a restock charge that will be assessed by the condition of the merchandise.

To process a return you must provide the following:

- Invoice / Invoice Number

- The original form of payment, if paid with a debit or credit card.

If you paid with cash or check for returns over $100 we will offer to put the balance on a Woodson Gift Card or we can process your refund by check within 7-10 days from date of return. 

Refunds are not available on special orders or delivery charges.

If you do not have your receipt, your credit will be subject to a restock charge.
